This is the best fun part of making pizza…. there are plenty of different ways and opinions on what makes the best pizza base dough. But you have to spin them all!
I Picked this video from DIY pizza ovens in Fremantle, I like his reassuring Aussie calm and the fact he actually explains what he is doing that beginners can understand. Puritans would probably say that you shouldn’t use a rolling pin at all, but I think when you are starting out banning the rolling pin is going to make progress and the ultimate aim of eating pizza unobtainable.
